Hello Guys,

Im very new to DM800 since i just got it from one friend but i really dont if its real one or clon.

however the unit was working and i just make software update after the update is finished the unit is showing the green screen and keep on restarting and showing the error to send the log file to the one email which i have no idea where is this files.

i downloaded the software and the flash file from dreambox site but still is working.

i flash the unit with NCF but also its reach to phase 2 and it stoped.

any idea please what to do next to recover the unit back.
