All images what have you tried original images...
only
Merlin-3_OE-2.0-drhg_SIM2_ssl84D_dm800_18-12-2013.nfi


As i said before don't (never) flash original image your box clone not Genuine
-So your solved topic and fix your box
-After fix it just flash patched image for Sim2
here you can find images for your sim

And about bootloader just once to flash it to box then you don't need it to flash it again...
