for 1 second then nothing

1-TRy to Flash another image by using (Fix Bad Sector "Sectors Recovery")

2-If problem still and you can not flash new image use another pc another mini usb cable

3-If problem still try another power supply adapter

P.s: You have DM800se, So must connect pc to box with both cables to gather (mini usb+Lan)
