hello to evreyone ,please can somebody give any aides what happen to my dm 800hd sim 2.01 and when j make concet with dreamup 1.3.9 when its gone to read htl tell second stage not found.thanks

If your problem is "multimedia error" only then sim issue, maybe corrupted or sim move it from correct place...So do this :
1-Open your box...
2-Remove sim by carefully...
3-Clean it from dust...
4-Return it back and make sure in correct place...
5-Turn power on to box ...
6-See what will happen, and tell us ..

FAIR,thanks for your replay ,j will tell you what heppen ,j waz looking for 12v near usb near s.kart there were is 6-8 pin to tek 12v for cooler,j conect worg with my tool scrow only a moment and the dm 800 make reboot and tell in display sim 84b multimedia but in this time j waz sker and take off the power supplay that its.now when j conect with dreamup just in the last it say ne 2 second stage found j try about 3 day evrything and the beter tool was the yours optiflasher j can conect it dm800 very good but when j put again the dm ,its tell the same thing dremultimedia error ,its the sim card dead????wellcome for any aide.....thanks

So...If your sim dead ( corrupted ) no way to fix your box, should by buy new sim or try to to fix sim by Some Cardreader as like (Gemplus GPR PCMCIA) with some tools as like (DM_Sims_v0.7b) here ..

You can not fix your box without null mode cable can not flash image with lan cable (Network)...And if your sim dead so no way to fixed ..
