Tried with the custom tool got an error saying ''Invalid file'' while repairing no ca found and writing image. It makes me select the file 2 times and stops.Box still stays in the serial setup mode with the ip :192.168.1.77

Did you tried last version Optiflasher 2.0.0?
Download it and after download open it then click on Advanced then you can change Baudrate as you need 115200 or 57600..
