-Error 1 No Ca Found After Flash image




Hi,

Please help, I`m getting close to give up...
After I tried to flash another image I got this No Ca Found message. I tried NCF, OPtiflasher, DreamUp, it always stucks at Power Up your Dreambox, than nothing happens. I tried with both of my laptops (XP, Win 7) but no results. I read like 2 dozens of tips from forums, none of them works.

Are you sure your sim is sim2.10 not sim2.01?
Try to flash box with bootloader 76c or 75 by optiflasher and use "Null modem cable only without Network lan" select green line "Repair No CA Found" and select bootloader for DM800 76C or 75.

If not successful try to flash image with bootloader 75 or 76 by same method..

Hi,

Yes it is 2.01, sorry my mistake. I tried whta you suggested, but I`m still stucking at "Power On DB Device" in Optiflasher, just not moving forward at all...

Try another pc maybe your windows have some problem..
Also make sure you null cable working well..

I tried my old laptop with XP and the new one with Win 7. NCF and Optiflasher can see the COM port, but it stucks at Power UP DB Device....

Tried the Optiflasher again, still nothing happens. Only Power ON DB Device...

I said take picture for optiflash about "Only Power ON DB Device" and upload it..You did not do it..
Also Did you check your null modem cable or not? Because you can not fix No CA FOUND with out cable work well...

I have the exact same issue, using the latest version of the Optiflash.

I've saved a few DM800HDs using this tool, and it's all been working great - however, this Dreambox seems locked to 57600 on the serial, not 115200 bps as the others - and as such, when powering the box up, the only thing this tool sees is junk characters (and because of that, it's stuck at the power on dreambox phase).

I guess this is the problem for other boxes that are stuck on this phase. Is there any way where I can change the configuration of the tool manually to specify the baudrate it should communicate with, rather than the default 115200?

I've changed the settings on the USB2Serial adapter to 57600, but the tool is still trying to communicate over 115200.

Hello!

Thank you for the quick custom exe - it worked like a charm when communicating over 57600, the box is now rescued from a destiny in the recycling bin!
