Is it exist another way for the pc to contact with a clone dm800se sim 2.1 ssl84d with damaged service port for to fix the no ca found problem?

Hi, thanks a lot for your answer, but
no exist mini flashup button on my box,
and if power on my box by holding at same time the front button then gives to me only the error no ca.
If you think somthing else I apprecate for telling me!
