Hi.

I recently bought a 800HD PVR.
I could connect to it via FTP.
But I wanted to upgrade it.

So I searched for a few hours and found a recommended bootloader
I flashed it via HTTP with no problems.
But when I started it up later, I had the NO CA error.
Well, no problems there. But i learned that I had bought a clone...

I then searched some more and found that this setup would work;
sim201_ssl84a
OpenPli-3.0-hdglass16-8.55-DM800-SIM2-SSL84D-26.10.2014-Houara

So I connected the box with both the rs232 and LAN cable.
No problems there eather.
Box connected. Said it was a DM800 down the corner in Dreamup.

I then flashed the bootloader.
And I also flashed the PLI image through Dreamup.

But after 99% of installation I got a error message.
"Error - box will be useless now"

Didnt thought much more of that. But I discoennected the box.
And now it is impossible to connect to it.
I have tried every single program to connect to it, but nothing.

When i put in the power cable the ethernet connector lights up.
But it is impossible to start it.

I have disconnected the tuner.
I have removed the SIM.


How do I fix this box?

I think I have tried it all now.
Nothing seems to work.

The box doesn't start.
So not any program can connect to it..

How the hell do i solve this?

P.s: Must be you have Rs232 cable to fix No Ca Found you can not fix it with lan cable

I dont know if you read any of what i wrote in my first post?
i have the null cable.
I dont have the NO CA error.

My problem is that the box is completely dead and I cant connect to it.

Does front panel of box work or black?

Its totally black.

The screen just flicker för 1sek.
Then completely black.

Then in this case you have hardware issue..Take to technical ...maybe need to change some capacitors ...

All capacitors looks good.

I actually got i started right now.
I managed to get ssl 84A installed.
But after that it had to reeboot.

And now it is the same.
The screen is pitch black. And i can not connect to it.

Did you tried other power supply adapter ?

Not yet. But I have ordered one just to try .
