yes, they do work well because i have used it with several of my other devices.
I tried it in two different windows,still shows the same problem. I have even tried it with ncf. Using NCF detects dreambox and dreambox runs but ncf stops in phase 2. And it shows dream multimedia with yellow bar and the blue light blinks.

Now try to fix bad sectors by optiflasher..
click advanced detect ports click settings select Sectors Recovery then select write Image and then click Job and try to flash image..

i did that as well, optiflasher again stops after sending the flash loader .

Your problem is from connection box with pc as like same issue for some members :

Hello, i tried it in 4 different pcs. Tried 4 different usb to rs232 cable,i still have the same problem.

So in this case better take your box to supplier if on warranty, if not take to technical to test connection usb port...

sorry to bother u once again, could i have a custom exe file like him .
I think may be i have a problem with my port settings bitrate.

Hi, thanks for the custom tool, you really are grateful to me . I tried to repair my dm800hd se with this tool and it's almost like getting there to solve my problem which i felt. I had also my dm800hd clone which i tried to flash with optiflasher and i succeeded.I think i don't have any problem with my pc and usb and the software as well but i am still not able to solve my problem, here i am attaching my pics.
