I have the exact same issue, using the latest version of the Optiflash.
I've saved a few DM800HDs using this tool, and it's all been working great - however, this Dreambox seems locked to 57600 on the serial, not 115200 bps as the others - and as such, when powering the box up, the only thing this tool sees is junk characters (and because of that, it's stuck at the power on dreambox phase).
I guess this is the problem for other boxes that are stuck on this phase. Is there any way where I can change the configuration of the tool manually to specify the baudrate it should communicate with, rather than the default 115200?
I've changed the settings on the USB2Serial adapter to 57600, but the tool is still trying to communicate over 115200.
