A language suggestion if I may: "logo" is an icon, a drawing or a picture representing for instance a company or organization. For instance the logo for Shell (the oil company) is a yellow shell.
What you mean is "log" instead. A log is the output of a logging operation, as in this case what Hyperterminal reads on the com port and prints to screen. Hope you don't mind my pedantic comment but logo instead of log causes confusion. It certainly confused me at first.
