Hello Fairbird,

We can open a service request online???, I would like to solve this problem

Since it's Christmas in a few days. I did thousands of tests


1) changed and tried 3 PC;

2) I put and CP210 drivers for serial/USB cable.

3) how Advance mod 2;

4) bought new mini-USB cable


absolutely nothing.

I stopped at: [POWER ON DB DEVICE]-[ESC TO ABORT]


Tell me that I must do more!!!!!!, take the hammer???????
