Hi i have a dvb800hdpvr with sim 2.01 it has the ca error.I just wanted to know if the password on the optiflasher was dreambox regardless.I have an eagle box and when im using ftp on ddc i change the password to eagle.Also will optiflasher work with rs232-rs232 or does it have to be rs232-usb.And finally i tried flashing using dreamup patched with rs232.I can get the ip up 192.168.1.77 and i can also flash but when i reboot it has the same ca error still.I have tried the #84b bootloader then a patched image.Sorry for all the questions please advise.

-password depend on box not optiflasher ...if your box have (eagle) password then put it on optiflasher
-You can use all method on optiflasher with null cable or mini usb cable also Lan cable..

About No Ca Found you can fix it by null modem cable ..see this topic

Use "Flashing by Null modem cable only without Network lan" and then select Repair [No Ca Found] then choose (Dm800-Sim2.01-SSl84b)

The dvb800 hd pvr box still reads on led...sim201 team#84b error no ca found.

Please make sure about your sim is it sim2.01 or different, if you can upload pictures from both side of sim..

And dm800hd only you can use null cable not mini usb cable

Hi i have a 2.01 sim inside my box with a gold dream sticker.On the top of the sim there is a bubble.I looked the sim up and i think it said bootloader#75 or 76. On ip when i look at spec for box it says #59 i have also used ip to flash on browser also dream up patched.I will send box info and chip via pictures cheers.

It look like your sim old version and not accept to upgrade to newest version for bootloader sorry..
So only you can use old bootloader or try to upgrade your sim by cardreader and DM_Sims_v0.7b tools

The ools from attach you can download it...
and from this site you can buy cardreader for sim2 (Gemplus GPR)

Hi, first of all thanks for your kindness and fast replys.I dont think a card reader would be the answer because of the cost.Is there anywhere that i could buy a 2.01 with the image Already on and working.

Sorry I don't know from where is to buy sim2 and new version for sim2 is sim210 not sim2.01...If you want Ferrari Sim i can tell you from where..
