Try to flash sim2 image (bootloader-SSl84B) first and if box coming life again then you can flash SSl84D and use new image OE2.0

Try flash this image first...

I have flashed it and dreamup gives me this info after finished:

15:50:35 box type: DM800
15:52:53 Calculating checksum...
15:52:54 Uploading file to box...
15:53:08 box is flashing from its memory...
15:55:22 OK, flash-copy succeeded

When I power off and back on..then I got this display:

Sim201 team #84B
[Only registered and activated users can see links You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login to view.]
->error!
ERR01: NO CA FOUND

I did what you told me...it gives me the same thing..But if I choose ssl75 or 76 image then I get this message on display:
Dream
Multimedia
ERR01: NO CA FOUND

So what next move for me..any other solution?

After that I started the box again with DreamUP patched and ticked the networked http mode and type in IP adress in browser...so.. I look down there wich Bootloader it is..and its:
Booloader version: Dreambox Second Stage Loader BUILD #59, built 20080509

So do this meen that need a bootloader and image with ssl59 and flash it?

In this case...Your sim is not sim2
Please tack photos to sim from both sides and uploade it here ...

Ok..it is Sim2...
-No try to replace sim in correct place (make sure in correct place)
-Try to flash old image with old bootloader ssl76 or ssl82a and see what happen?

Use Google to find oldest images

I have tried to look for old image...but I could not find it anywhere..maybe you know where to get it?

Here's the step-by-step in order how I did this.

1. I started DreamUP patched for clones
2. I clicked connect
3. I turn on box
4. I load the bootloader 82
5. I load the image ssl75

Files I used in DreamUP

1. I used this to flash bootloader: sim201-ssl82.nfi
2. I used this to flash image: Satonlines-dm800-01-01-2000-SS-75.nfi

Heres the info log from DreamUP:

00:04:41 box type: DM800
00:06:20 Calculating checksum...
00:06:20 Uploading file to box...
00:06:20 box is flashing from its memory...
00:06:20 OK, flash-copy succeeded
00:06:51 Calculating checksum...
00:06:52 Uploading file to box...
00:07:08 box is flashing from its memory...
00:09:23 OK, flash-copy succeeded

Results of this is:

Dream Multimedia
->error!

It doesn't matter wich bootloader I choose or image...I get the same NO CA FOUND.
But if I use newer images like from 84 and up I get this Sim201 team..bla.bla.bla..you know what I meen..

Don't use Dreamup patched (Without the benefit of)...
Just use optiflasher and follow instruction for fix no ca found (with cable Re232) only..
Did you tried with another pc (win Xp) better also with another RS232?

Try this image with SSl82

Note: File not found. It has been deleted or it never existed at all.
Suggestion: Check the download URL for spelling errors.

Almost done!
I have flashed first bootloader 72 and image 72..without using network, it took 55min but no more NO CA FOUND.

But now boot problem...
It boots 1/4 half way...nothing happens..
It says on display:
Dream
Multimedia
Booting...
___

And of course the red led is blinking..
I have tried now to use newer bootloader and newer image, but then NO CA FOUND came up again, so I had to use ssl72 image to get booting up agian..and now NO CA FOUND is gone...does this meen I cant use newer images?

I also found out that If I use new image from Newnigma2.Stable.v4.0.11.OE.2.0.SIM2.DM800hd.SSL84D.26082014.byJasper.Clone.nfi
or
BlackHole-2.1.1-OE2.0_dm800_SIM2_SSL84D_Marwen_20-08-2014.nfi
Then I get NO CA FOUND...so in other hand it meens that it has to have something to do with the bootloader since it wont accept newer images...I also believe that I cant just only use image to update the new image..I maybe must also use bootloader first and then I use newest image...but question is..how???
