Only the files quoted estar are, there is a bench of files that MastaG released few months ago, but also his MEGA links went down as well... so I believe you already have the best one for estar.
Otherwise you can upgrade to the Japhar Sim and have access to the newest images from January 2017 like the OpenPLi 4.0 IPTV and the OpenBlackHole IPTV, both with GStreamer 1.11.x and ExtePlayer3.
