Hello Everyone,

I have discovered this forum and tools and first of all want to thank for all the effort taken.

I have a Dreambox 800 Hd (Clone), Sim 2.01.

I exchanged the box with a friend and its been only a week with my 800 Hd, I have a DM 600 box as well.

I accidentally flashed a wrong image (nfi) wia web browser last Friday and triying to recover till than.

After some search from google, I have DreamUp, DreamUp Patched version, NCF, NCF-Sim2-v2.5 and DreamBox-OptiFlasher-Pro-E2-v2.0.0.6.

However I am unable to have the box recognised by the PC. (Actually I have the box recognised twice, strated the recovery phase but it took about 20 Hours to upload image to box and nothing changed.)

I start each of the above programs and plug the mains of DM and nothing happens.

I use usb-Rs232 converter (as I do not have RS23 port on my Pc) and tried two different converter and three different cables.

I am having difficulties to understand what I am missing?

1-Form this topic you can see how to fix (Repair [No Ca Found])

2-After flash right bootloader and box boot again then flash be web page or by optiflasher new image for sim2 only not for another sim.
3-make sure you have good cable Rs232.
4-If doesn't recognized try another PC (win xp better) Try another cable.
5-Also try to remove sim from box and wait around 1 ot 2 hours then replace it again.
