can someone help me , i have place à firmware in my box ( may be a merlin one ?) , and now i've got the message : lock at w....NO CA FOUNd

i open the box :
800 HD PVR / sim 2.10 / tuner ALPS / BL 84 / accept OEM

i tried differents methods with dream up (only rs232 mode), but doen't start at anytime, when start , stops on : awaiting acknowledge ?.... or in other methosd : file too big ?....

i use also sim 2.5 but cant' login , and optiflasher can't connect too ? is because , i've not the registration key, yet ?...

First thread Title not clear..i will editing
Second you are in wrong section..moved to NO CA FOUND section..

Any way
1-before every things open you box--remove sim--clean it from dust--return sim to correctly area--closed box and then turn power on and see.
2-if still same issue then do this
Try to flash box with bootloader by optiflasher and use "Null modem cable only without Network lan" select green line "Repair No CA Found" and select bootloader for DM800.

If not successful try to flash image with bootloader by same method you can download image from images section..

thank you for your help .
1 the box is seven days old , and i verify the card is ok , no dust .
2 with optiflasher v2 it's impossible to connect the box by rs232
3 i try with optiflasher v1 09 b , connection not always ok , but when is fine , the file bootloader stops at 16 % or 6 % .....

can i try something else ?

Check your null modem cable should be work fine, if not ok you can not fix "NO CA FOUND" because just one way to fix box only by null cable.. last version for optiflasher working well if your box doesn't connected with optiflasher 2.0C and as you said the bootloader stops at 16 % or 6 % in previous version for optiflasher then you have error with connection..
1-Try another win and better win Xp.
2-Try another null cable.

1 i buy a new null cable and usb to rs232 , i'm waiting for this ....( it was done four days ago ...)
2 i tried with another pc , always win 7 pro ...same thing, not working
3 i'm going to test with win xp pro , and awaiting for the cable ... tell you soon

i 've received my cable , and i finally find the problem ...
my first usb to rs232 have a problem and malfunction .... i tried the new , and now no problem with optiflasher , this is a great tool and i'like to thanks all the team ...thank you and see you soon ...
