I just redo the procedure as in the explanatory page.
And it gives no results.
I still have the same display and nothing happens.
I am running Win xp pro and with a RS232 cable with all the contacts are connected without crossing.
The software is unable to return to the box.
What can I try?

Did you try another cable (this is important) because more member have same issue before and the reason was from null cable Rs232 not oky so doesn't connected a box with a pc ...

Indeed, my RS232 cable is not a null modem, it is a straight-through cable.

I compared the wiring, it is not appropriate.

I ordered another cable.

Hello

Now, I have a null modem cable.
Now, software can interact with DM800HD PVR.

Everything seems to be but at the end of loading of the image:
release-dm800 - 3.2.4.nfi

I get the message:
... phase 2 please wait
error: image for wrong architecture!

I need your advice.
What can I try, what is my mistake?

Your mistake was very clear....You are trying to flash image for another Box...
You can not flash different image for another box type to your box..
1-Your box DM800 (Genuine) So flash only original image not patched
2-Should be flash only image for DM800 not for DM800se or 500HD or 8000

So:
1-flash last bootloader to your box
2-Close box
3-Then Flash any original image..

You issue Fixed..
So will be close topic under Solved
