My friend has a model dreambox dm800 hd pvr serial he says its original but i dont think it is.??

I have tried everything possible now and can not get this to work!
I now purchased the OPTIFLASHER PRO and works fine but can not get the box.
There are always SIM201 TEAM
ERR01 NO CA FOUND ALWAYS
I try SSL70 does not work, SSL75 not working up to 84 and it does not work ???
i Tryed new Images and nothing...
What can i doo plase help me.
