I have A DM800HD se clone with Merlin image SIM 2.10

While switching from one service to another (Especial HD channels) i receive the tune failed message

1. Which image should i use for the DM800 HD se clone?
2. How to solve the tune failed issue.


I have a Powertech DG240 Motor
Triax 78 CM dish

hi freand and I have this problem
I hawe dm800hd se
work fine on SD chanels but wen put on HD chanel block and more
not work and SD chanels(tune filed)
must be restarted
please help
