500HD Ferrari SIM - No data on transponder - gaga24 - 03-10-2015
Hi. I have Ferrari SIM 500HD. My box only work well with old image DreamElite 1.3.3c SSL80F. With all other images and other SSL83F, 87F and latest 84F i have same problems.
Flash goes well, bootloader and image are flash ok, for Ferrari box.
Box boots without bootlogo, just black screen with spinner, networ works. After boot, menu items and skin works, tuner locks to sattelite. But i cannot found any channel in channel search. If i upload channel settings, if i choose for example FTA channel, i cannot see any picture, i have no epg data from transponder and dreambox display message "No data on transponder (timeout reading PAT).
I did try these things:
-Dish and LNB are fine, dreambox setup is ok, tested on another 500HD Ferrari
-I did try various images and SSL for Ferrari, no luck.
-I try Ferrarifiller 1337F and image behave same as browser flash
-I try to replace SIM form another Ferrari 500HD, its not SIM problem, this one works in other image and vice versa.
-I try Optiflasher, various ways to fix this including XP and windows 7 OS and no luck with NO CA fix
-Bad sector flash with Ferrarifiller 1337F did not bring anything
-I did reset bios values to defaults, nothing happens
Im out of ideas, maybe is box once flashed with different SIM2 or original image, cannot say for sure. Something is wrong with SSL flash, maybe there is leftovers from different SIM. I did try to upload SIM2 image and later convert to Ferrari, same thing, only DE 133c SSL80F works.
Any ideas how to fix this? Thank you.

I think you need technical and you are Lucky (You have Ferrari Box) ..
So here in this site (official forum for supported Ferrari product) you can make new topic in (DM500 HD OEM by 8a8f8 team)
then you will get help from (Johnny_B) technical man

Yes fairbird, i did speak with Johnny, this above is all his advice, but no luck. Johnny fix many of my boxes. If anyone have different advice please help.

Your main problem is from sslxxF and drivers with motherboard...
