Can't install ipk's - satman5 - 11-19-2014

Have a new Dm 800SE clone, have tried many different images all install fine but cant install ipk's on any image.
Box crashes, Display before shows bad address......... before crash

Hi everyone,

I got Gotham 13 final installed and i want to use this skin but it says Neon is not compatible and cant install it.
Anything im missing here?
Would really use this skin again
