no ca error (Dm800 - Sim 2.10) - waj1980 - 03-09-2013
been trying to solve this no ca error on my dm800 hd sim 2.10 i also have a spare sim 2.01 if needed
optiflasher sends flash loader but its taking ages and only moves 1% every 10/15 minutes i connected to hyperterminal and these are the results
please help

So read this topic and Follow "Fix Bad Sector "Sectors Recovery"
1-select com (If doesn't connect try to change Baudrate between 57600 & 115200)
2-select Loader [LD1] For sim2
3-click settings and choose "sectors recover"
4-select [Repair No Ca Found] and choose DM800-sim2.01-ssl84b
5-click "Do job" and turn on power to box and wait to connect with box and repair the problem.

Still the same baudrate 57600 wouldnt recognise the box and 115200 is still doin it goes upto 10-15% and just stops

-Try another pc (win xp better)
-Try another null cable

Sorted it! Probably good to mention that I was using a laptop before with a usb to serial convertor
Managed to get hold of a computer with Xp and it worked straight away
